Healthcare data is growing rapidly and sharing becoming increasingly important among hospitals. However, traditional methods are prone to leakage threaten patient privacy. To ensure security realize access control, combining blockchain technology, attribute-based encryption ciphertext policy (CP-ABE) AES symmetric algorithm, this paper proposes a hierarchical algorithm based on master-sidechain (MSC-CP-ABE) collaborative control model with on-chain off-chain (AC-CSS). The encrypts...
Background China has continuously issued policies to speed up the interconnection, mutual recognition, sharing of medical information systems, and data integration management across regions institutions. However, vertical electronic health records (EHRs) within consortium is hampered by “poor mechanism insufficient motivation” phenomenon “free riding” among participating institutions, which makes less effective. Objective We hope clarify game stakeholders in EHRs, put forward targeted policy...
Electronic Medical Record (EMR), as the core data of medical big data, has improved efficiency services in process sharing and using, but a series privacy leakage problems have emerged. Access control technology can ensure users' legitimate appropriate access to resources, traditional many limitations such static coarse-grained, which is difficult meet dynamic complex healthcare environment. Therefore, this article proposes an intuitionistic fuzzy trust-based model solve problem order...
The aim of this study is to examine research hotspots MOOC in China. We conducted a keyword co-occurrence analysis more than 6000 papers recorded CNKI.The reveals that there are five hotspots. In future, we should pay attention the following aspects, including development strategy, propulsion mechanism, cooperation and business-model innovation.
