补骨脂是临床常用的补益类中药,具有补肾壮阳、补脾健胃的功能。补骨脂生品性燥,具有较强的肝毒性,因此临床使用上多以其炮制品为主。补骨脂炮制最初见于《雷公炮炙论》,后世医药学家在医疗实践中继承并发展了雷公炮制法。在课题组前期研究的基础上,结合2020年之前发表的与补骨脂相关的文献,通过炮制前后化学成分的变化分析补骨脂“雷公炮制法”的减毒机制,发现雷公法炮制过程中补骨脂毒性成分(异)补骨脂苷转化为活性成分(异)补骨脂素,阐述了雷公炮制法减毒的科学内涵,为进一步优化补骨脂炮制工艺提供科学依据。
