Abstract Background Plants sustain intimate relationships with diverse microbes. It is well-recognized that these plant-associated microbiota shape individual performance and fitness of host plants, but much remains to be explored regarding how they exert their function maintain homeostasis. Results Here, using pink lady ( Heterotis rotundifolia ) as a study plant, we investigated the phenomenon microbiota-mediated nitrogen fixation elucidated this process steadily maintained in root...

Root (rhizome) rot of Polygonatum plants has received substantial attention because it threatens yield and sustainable utilization in the polygonati rhizome industry. However, potential pathogens that cause as well direct indirect (via root-associated microbes) strategies by which defends against remain largely unknown. Herein, we used integrated multiomics plant-targeted metabolomics transcriptomics, microbiome, culture-based methods to systematically investigate interactions between...

Studies on the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) index have become increasingly important since ESG offers attractive characteristics, such as environmental friendliness. Scholars institutional investors are evaluating if investment in can positively change current portfolios. It is crucial that seek related assets to diversify their investments when create funds renewable energy sector, which highly issues. The has proven be a good choice, but we not aware of its performance...

The Wuliang Mountains of the Jingdong region is a settlement area Yi community located in south-western Yunnan Province China. Due to its unique geographical location, this harbours abundant medicinal plant resources. plants used by local people have long history and play an important role their daily life. During long-term mixed lifestyle, knowledge traditional different communities has been assimilated some extent. Therefore, paper based on ethnobotanical investigations document discuss...

Amomum tsaoko is cultivated in forests of tropical and subtropical regions China, the planting area expanding gradually. However, little attention has been paid to impact A. cultivation on soil characteristics regions. We analyzed effects tsaoko-forest agroforestry system (AFs) composition microbial communities with increasing stand ages. also compared physicochemical properties, biomass, phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) between native forest (NF) AFs. The results showed that level total...

We study the dependence structure of share price returns among Beijing Bank, Ningbo and Nanjing Bank using copula models. use normal, Student’s t, rotated Gumbel, symmetrized Joe-Clayton (SJC) models to estimate underlying in two periods: one covering global financial crisis other domestic market crash China. show that is less dependent on city banks than which extreme returns. also observe a major decrease dependency from 2007 2018 three one-to-one structures. Interestingly, contrary recent...
