We analyzed reports for 59,073 contacts of 5,706 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) index patients reported in South Korea during January 20-March 27, 2020. Of 10,592 household contacts, 11.8% had COVID-19. 48,481 nonhousehold 1.9% Use personal protective measures and social distancing reduces the likelihood transmission.
Between January 24th and March 10th, a total of 2,370 individuals had contact with the first 30 cases COVID-19. There were 13 who contracted COVID-19 resulting in secondary attack rate 0.55% (95% CI 0.31-0.96). 119 household contacts, which 9 developed 7.56% 3.7-14.26).

We have developed a new 3-bit programming algorithm of high performance TLC(Triple-level-cell, 3-bit/cell) NAND flash memories for 20nm node and beyond.
