The prevalence of mental health problems among college students, both domestically and internationally, has emerged as a significant public concern. College students are in period transition to independent living. Adopting healthy lifestyle can have advantageous effects on their overall well-being. Thus, this study aimed investigate the impact choices China. We conducted cross-sectional online survey from 2021 2023 at university Wuhan (N = 1826) using cluster sampling method. employed...

Abstract Background The purposes were to investigate the drinking patterns and hydration biomarkers among young adults with different levels of habitual total fluids intake. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted 159 aged 18–23 years in Baoding, China. Total water from food assessed by 7-day 24-h fluid intake questionnaire duplicate portion method, respectively. osmolality electrolyte concentrations 24 h urine fasting blood samples tested. Differences LD 1 (low drinker), 2 , 3 HD...

Herein, the migration distribution and safety of specific phenotypic functionally identified spleen-derived invariant natural killer T2 (iNKT2) cells after adoptive infusion in mice were studied. The proliferation differentiation iNKT induced by intraperitoneal injection α-galactosylceramide (α-GalCer) vivo. Mouse spleens isolated a sterile environment. magnetic-activated cell sorting columns (MS columns). Cytometric bead array (CBA) assay was used to detect cytokine secretion supernatant...

Epigenetic regulation affects the development and differentiation of iNKT cells. Our previous study found that number cells in thymus RA mice was reduced ratio subsets unbalanced, but related mechanism remains unclear. We adopted an adoptive infusion iNKT2 with specific phenotypes functions to used α-Galcer treatment group as control. The findings revealed that: 1. Adoptive decreased proportion iNKT1 iNKT17 mice, increased subsets. 2. Following cells, expression PLZF DP T whereas T-bet mice....
