Pattern-recognition receptors (PRRs), which consist of receptor kinases (RKs) and receptor-like proteins, sense microbe- host-derived molecular patterns associated with pathogen infection to trigger immune responses in plants. Several the 46-member Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) cytoplasmic kinase (RLCK) subfamily VII play important roles pattern-triggered immunity, but it is unclear whether different RLCK members act specifically or redundantly signaling. Here, we constructed nine...
A new method is proposed to calculate wave functions in $k_T$-factorization \cite{LiMi} as a comment about our paper \cite{FMW}. We point out that the results obtained with are conflict translation invariance and depend on chosen contours for loop-integrals. Therefore, principle unacceptable cannot be correct.
Non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) is a major pathway to repair DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs), which can display different types of broken ends. However, it unclear how NHEJ factors organize diverse breaks. Here, through systematic analysis the human factor interactome, we identify PAXX as direct interactor Ku. The crystal structure similar those XRCC4 and XLF. Importantly, PAXX-deficient cells are sensitive DSB-causing agents. Moreover, epistasis demonstrates that functions together with...
The $X(6900)$ resonance, very recently discovered in the double-$J/\psi$ channel at LHCb experiment, has spurred intensive interest unravelling nature of fully charmed tetraquark state. aim this paper is to present a model-independent theoretical framework study inclusive production novel species exotic hadrons, resonances composed four heavy quark (commonly referred as $T_{4c}$), large $p_T$ hadron collision experiments. Appealing asymptotic freedom and fact $m_c\gg \Lambda_{\rm QCD}$, we...
In this study, we compute the electromagnetic and hadronic decay widths of S-wave fully heavy tetraquark ${T}_{4Q}$ ($Q=c$ or $b$) at lowest order in ${\ensuremath{\alpha}}_{s}$ $v$, framework nonrelativistic QCD. The short-distance coefficients are determined through standard procedure matching. nonperturbative long-distance matrix elements related to phenomenological four-body Schr\"odinger wave functions origin, whose values taken from literature. branching fractions predicted be around...

We calculate the next-to-next-to-leading-order (NNLO) QCD radiative correction to pion electromagnetic form factor with large momentum transfer. explicitly verify validity of collinear factorization two-loop order for this observable and obtain respective IR-finite hard-scattering kernel in closed form. The NNLO turns out be positive significant. Incorporating new ingredient correction, we then make a comprehensive comparison between finest theoretical predictions numerous data both space-...
Unlike the bewildering situation in $\gamma\gamma^*\to \pi$ form factor, a widespread view is that perturbative QCD can decently account for recent \textsc{BaBar} measurement of \eta_c$ transition factor. The next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) correction to \eta_{c,b}$ investigated NRQCD factorization framework first time. As byproduct, we obtain by far most precise order-$\alpha_s^2$ matching coefficient $\eta_{c,b}\to \gamma\gamma$ process. After including substantial negative...
The prospective Higgs factories, exemplified by ILC, FCC-ee and CEPC, plan to conduct the precision measurements at $e^+e^-$ center-of-mass energy around 250 GeV. cross sections for dominant production channel, Higgsstrahlung process, can be measured a (sub-) percent accuracy. Merely incorporating well-known next-to-leading order (NLO) electroweak corrections appears far from sufficient match unprecedented experimental precision. In this work, we make an important advancement toward...
We apply the newly developed NRQCD factorization formula to analyze exclusive production of fully-charmed tetraquark $T_{4c}$ plus a hard photon at $B$ factory. For simplicity, in this work we have concentrated on associated $0^{++}$ and $2^{++}$ tetraquarks with photon. With some rough estimates about size unknown nonperturbative matrix elements, predict rates these types channels $\sqrt{s}=10.6$ GeV also assess their observation prospect {\tt Belle 2} experiment.
The $X(6900)$ resonance, originally discovered by the LHCb Collaboration and later confirmed both ATLAS CMS experiments, has sparked broad interest in fully charmed tetraquark states. Relative to mass spectra decay properties of heavy tetraquarks, our knowledge on their production mechanism is still rather limited. In this work, we investigate inclusive $S$-wave tetraquarks at LHC within nonrelativistic QCD factorization framework. partonic cross sections are computed lowest order...
Exchange coupled bimagnetic core/shell nanoparticles are promising for emerging multiferroic and spintronic technologies compared with traditional, single-phase materials, as they deliver numerous appealing effects, such large exchange bias, tailored coercivities, tunable blocking temperatures. However, it remains a challenge to manipulate their magnetic properties via coupling due the lack of straightforward method that enables general preparation desired composites. Here we report robust...
Abstract Through data envelope analysis, this article finds that the innovation efficiency of China’s three regions is shrinking. From perspective Chinese fiscal federalism, we try to study influence two forms local government competition (vertical and horizontal competition) on regional efficiency. We find both decentralization among governments effectively promote efficiency, while there no effective interaction mechanism between them. The attitude toward scientific technological (S&T)...
We investigate the ${\mathcal O}(\alpha_s v^2)$ correction to $e^+e^-\to J/\psi+\eta_c$ process in nonrelativistic QCD (NRQCD) factorization approach. Within some reasonable choices of relative order-$v^2$ NRQCD matrix elements, we find that including this new ingredient only mildly enhances existing predictions. have also deduced asymptotic expressions for short-distance coefficients, and reconfirm early speculation at next-to-leading order $\alpha_s$, double logarithm type $\ln^2...
We compute the next-to-next-to-leading-order QCD corrections to hadronic decay rates of pseudoscalar quarkonia, at lowest order in velocity expansion. The validity nonrelativistic (NRQCD) factorization for inclusive quarkonium process, first time, is verified relative ${\ensuremath{\alpha}}_{s}^{2}$. As a by-product, renormalization group equation leading NRQCD four-fermion operator ${\mathcal{O}}_{1}({^{1}S}_{0})$ also deduced this perturbative order. By incorporating new piece correction...
Vascular pericytes, important mural cells that retain progenitor cell properties and protect vascular integrity in healthy tissues, are often associated with tumor development, but their functions cancer invasion remain elusive. One prominent outcome of occurrence is the microenvironment lesion stiffens, which could change resident behavior. Here, we found pericytes matrix stiffness-responsive mechanical stimuli induce pericyte-fibroblast transition (PFT). Soft PA gels mimic stiffness...
Pathogen detection is growing in importance the early stages of bacterial infection and treatment due to significant morbidity mortality associated with bloodstream infections. Although various diagnostic approaches for pathogen have been proposed, most them are time-consuming, insufficient sensitivity limited specificity multiplexing capability clinical use. Here, we report a force-encoding DNA nanomachine simultaneous high-throughput multiple pathogens blood through force-induced remnant...
A bstract Within the framework of nonrelativistic QCD (NRQCD), we calculate fragmentation function for a charm quark into an S -wave fully-charmed tetraquark, denoted as T 4 c . The charm-to- is expressed sum products perturbatively calculable short-distance coefficients and nonperturbative long-distance matrix elements (LDMEs). are ascertained through perturbative matching procedure at lowest order in α s expansion. LDMEs approximated using four-body wave functions origin, which have been...
