Here, we present microscopic evidence of the persistence uniaxial A-type antiferromagnetic order to surface layers MnBi_{2}Te_{4} single crystals using magnetic force microscopy. Our results reveal termination-dependent contrast across both step edges and domain walls, which can be screened by thin soft magnetism. The polarization and piezoelectric response of the BiTe$X$ ($X$=Cl, Br, I) layered tellurohalides are computed from first principles. results confirm a mixed ionic-covalent character bonding, demonstrate that internal structure within each triple layer is only weakly affected by external stress, while changes in charge distribution with stress produce substantial negative response. This suggests new mechanism for should remain robust even ultra-thin film form this class materials.
