This article discusses the mechanisms of influence microRNAs on carcinogenesis in breast cancer (breast cancer), their potential role as markers for early detection, prognosis and effectiveness treatment. Epigenetic regulation miсroRNA expression indirect effect pathogenesis disease are described.
