Abstract Inflammation is a hallmark of aging and accelerated syndromes. In this context, inflammation has been associated to the pathophysiology Hutchinson–Gilford progeria syndrome (HGPS). study, we report that progeroid skin fibroblasts animal models present an hyperactivation NLRP3-inflammasome complex.
