Carbon monoxide (CO) is a significant gasotransmitter that naturally modulates inflammatory responses. Visualization of CO in situ would help to reveal its physiological/pathological functions. Unfortunately, most existing fluorescent probes show aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ) properties. Herein, we report the reaction-based probe (BTCV-CO) with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristics for detection and imaging. This ratiometric AIE showed excellent stability, high sensitivity...
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small, single-stranded, noncoding, functional RNAs. Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is an enveloped DNA with virions and subviral forms particles that lack core. It was not known whether HBV encodes miRNAs. Here, we identified HBV-encoded miRNA (called HBV-miR-3) by deep sequencing Northern blotting. HBV-miR-3 located at nucleotides (nt) 373 to 393 the genome generated from 3.5-kb, 2.4-kb, 2.1-kb in classic biogenesis (Drosha-Dicer-dependent) manner. highly...
Abstract Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between in vivo derived kinetic parameters 3′-deoxy-3′-18F-fluorothymidine (18F-FLT) and proliferation rate measured vitro by Ki-67 staining patients with newly diagnosed high-grade gliomas. Experimental Design: Thirteen gliomas were investigated 18F-FLT methyl-11C- l-methionine (11C-MET) positron emission tomography (PET) T1-, Gd-T1–, T2-weighted magnetic resonance imaging on consecutive days. Tracer as well...
An efficient, general, and one-pot procedure for the synthesis of multisubstituted xanthene derivatives through Fe(III)-catalyzed reactions 2-aryloxybenzaldehydes with electron-rich arenes has been developed. This method offers several advantages such as high selectivities, mild reaction conditions, easily accessible starting materials. A mechanistic study revealed that a C−C bond cleavage triarylmethane intermediate might be involved in domino process.
A design strategy for boosting the ROS generation of rhodamine-decorated cyclometallated iridium(iii) complexes by ligand regulation endoplasmic reticulum-targeted precise photodynamic therapy.
Cu-TCPP nanosheets exhibit a high density of active sites and low diffusion barriers for styrene epoxidation.
ERBB2 is a proto-oncogene of multiple cancers including breast and gastric with HER2 protein overexpression or gene amplification has been proven clinically as valid target for these cancers. HER2-targeting agents such Herceptin®, Kadcyla® ENHERTU® have approved by the FDA treatment cancer, but drugs still face challenge acquired resistance and/or severe adverse reactions in clinical use. Therefore, there significant unmet medical need developing new that are more effective safer patients...
Objectives The aim of this analysis was to investigate the worldwide distribution and trends in burden female infertility (FI). Design setting Analysis cross-sectional data from 1990 2019 Global Burden Disease (GBD) Study 2019. Participants Adults aged 20–49 years various geographical regions, Sociodemographic Index (SDI) levels populations across 204 countries worldwide. Outcome measures Disability-adjusted life (DALYs), age-standardised DALY rates estimated annual percentage changes...
Background Inhibition of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) has shown clinical success in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Somatic mutations EGFR were found adenocarcinoma that lead to exquisite dependency on signaling; thus EGFR-mutant tumors are at high chance response inhibitors. However, imaging approaches affording early identification tumor EGFR-dependent carcinomas have so far been lacking. Methodology/Principal Findings We performed a systematic...
Metal-organic framework (MOF)-based derivatives have attracted an increasing interest in various research fields. However, most of the reported papers mainly focus on pristine MOF-based derivatives, and studies functional derivative composites are rare. Here, a simple strategy has been to design by encapsulation metal nanoparticle (MNP) MOF matrixes (MNP@MOF) high-temperature calcination MNP@MOF composites. The as-prepared MNP@metal oxide with hierarchical pore structure exhibited excellent...
The enantioselective cross-aldol reaction between o-hydroxyacetophenones and trifluoromethyl ketones catalyzed by chiral thiourea organocatalysts is reported. Gram-scale synthesis of the product was carried out, with no decrease in yield enantioselectivity. Furthermore, products thus prepared were used preparation medicinally interesting 3,5-diaryl-5-trifluoromethyl-2-isoxazoline β-trifluoromethyl-β-tertiary hydroxy acid ester high enantiopurity.
Abstract An efficient, regioselective, iron‐catalyzed intramolecular hydroaryloxylation of 2‐propargylphenols or naphthols is reported. The reactions proceed through an endo‐dig cyclization to afford benzopyran naphthopyran derivatives in good high yields using iron(III) chloride as the catalyst with assistance aniline dimethylformamide (DMF).
Abstract An efficient acid‐catalyzed approach to the synthesis of functional 1,4‐dihydropyridines from reaction readily available enaminones with aldehydes has been developed. This methodology was realized by a cascade involving first formation divinylmethanes and subsequent intramolecular cyclization.
Overweight and obese females demonstrate a significantly increased risk of anovulatory infertility. This study aims to investigate whether depression score could mediate the association between body shape index (ABSI) infertility, especially in overweight population.
An efficient palladium/copper-catalyzed approach to the synthesis of highly substituted 3-formyl furans from reactions readily available α-bromoenaminones with terminal alkynes has been developed. This methodology was realized by cascade Sonogashira coupling and subsequent intramolecular cyclization.
An efficient iron-catalyzed, microwave-promoted cascade benzylation−cyclization of phenols is reported. Benzyl acetates, benzyl bromides, and carbonates are suitable benzylating reagents. The reactions proceed to afford both 9-aryl 9-alkyl xanthene derivatives in good high yields using FeCl3 as the catalyst under MW irradiation conditions.
For clinical application of stem cell–based therapies, noninvasive detection applied cells is high importance. We report on the feasibility detecting implanted neural progenitor (NPCs) noninvasively and follow their fate functional status by sequential multimodal molecular imaging reporter gene technology. investigated C17.2 stably expressing herpes simplex virus type 1–thymidine kinase (HSV-1- tk) green fluorescent protein ( gfp) (C17.2- tkIRES gfp = C17.2-TIG) or HSV-1- tk, gfp, firefly...
Carbon nanotube (CNT)-supported ultrafine Ru nanoclusters with adjusted interfacial effects by N-doped carbon (Ru/CNT@CN) were synthesized a facile 'impregnation–freeze-drying–thermal reduction' process. The introduced not only increased the dispersity of formed (ultrafine average diameter about 1.12 nm) but also contributed to obvious electronic transfer from species carbon-based supports (CNT@CN). Profiting these effects, Ru/CNT@CN exhibited an excellent turnover frequency (TOF) 643.6...
