Abstract Objectives Penile squamous cell carcinomas (PCs) are rare malignancies with a dismal prognosis in metastatic setting; therefore, novel immunotherapeutic modalities an unmet need. One such modality is the immune checkpoint molecule programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1). We sought to analyze PD-L1 expression and its correlation various clinicopathologic parameters contemporary cohort of 134 patients PC. Methods A PC was studied for immunohistochemistry. The evaluated using combined...

Primary epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma (EMC) is a rare low-grade malignant neoplasm of the lung that originates from submucosal bronchial glands. It behaves in an indolent fashion, although cases with high-grade transformation have been reported. Because rarity, optimal therapy for this entity has not clearly defined. Herein, we report case primary pulmonary EMC 38-year-old Indian man who had short history dyspnea and computed tomographic (CT) scan revealed 3 cm diameter homogeneous mass...

Abstract Introduction: Breast carcinomas are the most commonly encountered cancers in women globally. Due to advancements cancer research death rate breast has reduced by 41% since 1989; however, downward trend recently slowed emphasizing on new treatment discovery. molecularly categorized expression of specific hormone receptors, as well overexpression human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). Approximately 80% have been termed HER2-negative, but researchers now recognize that 55%...
