목적: 고관절 조기 퇴행성 관절염에 의한 관절 운동 제한을 보이는 환자에서 관절경적 소견과 치료 결과에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2009년 5월부터 2010년 3월까지 보이며 대퇴비구 충돌 증상을 환자 중 관절경 치료를 시행 받은 13예를 대상으로 분석하였다. 두-경부 오프셋, 전염각, 수술 전후의 알파 각 변화를 비교하였고 최종 추시상 VAS, 변형된 Harris 점수, 범위를 비교하였다. 결과: 상 모든 예에서 활액막염 소견이 있었으며 비구순 파열은 9예에서 동반되었으며 파열을 보였고 2예에서 비구순의 변형을 보였다. VAS는 술 전 7.5에서 1.8로, 점수는 49.3(35-60)에서 90.1(85-95)로 호전되었다. 평균 범위는 굴곡은 95.2°(60-120°)에서 후 127.7°(110-140°)로, 내회전은 4.6°(-5-25°)에서 25.4°(15-30°)로 유의한 호전을 결론: 대퇴 비구 환자는 통하여 굴곡 내회전의 범위 향상을 기대할 수 있었다.
목적: 대퇴비구 충돌 환자에서 비구순 파열의 진단에 있어 초음파의 유용성에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 2010년 3월부터 2011년 10월까지 충돌로 관절경적 수술을 시행 받은 환자 중 파열이 확인된 58명(58예: 남자 26예, 여자 32예)을 대상으로 하였다. 환자들은 수술 전 시행된 고관절 초음파 검사와 자기 공명 관절 조영술의 유무와 형태를 확인하고 관절경의 파열과 비교하여 그 상관 관계에 조사하여 민감도와 양성 예측률을 측정 결과: 충돌을 동반한 초음파를 이용한 진단의 예측률은 각각 89.6%, 100%였다. 또한 일치율은 84.6%(44/52)였다. 결론: 검사는 병변의 유용한 방법으로 판단된다.
