Aflatoxins, a group of extremely hazardous compounds because their genotoxicity and carcinogenicity to human animals, are commonly found in many tropical subtropical regions. Ultraviolet (UV) irradiation is proven be an effective method reduce or detoxify aflatoxins. However, the degradation products aflatoxins under UV safety toxicity have not been clear practical production such as edible oil industry. In this study, aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) peanut were analyzed by Ultra Performance Liquid...

Diacetoxyscirpenol (DAS) is a type A trichothecene mycotoxin with low molecular weight, and respect to its toxicity the occurrence in food feed, it known as potential risk for public animal health. In present study, first, sensitive specific monoclonal antibody (5E7) was developed. Then, applied develop competitive-type pressure-dependent immunosensor (CTPDI). The Au@PtNP synthesized labeled goat antimouse (Au@PtNPs-IgG). Finally, concentration of DAS negatively correlated pressure signal....

Summary Invasive plants can change soil properties resulting in improved growth. Although invaders are known to alter chemistry, it remains unclear if chemicals secreted by roots facilitate invasive plant–soil mutualisms. With up 19 confamilial pairs of and native plants, most which were congeners, we explored the root exudate‐induced changes plant–arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungal We found that, relative natives, had greater AM colonization, biomass their exudates contained higher...

High-toxicity secondary metabolites called aflatoxin are naturally produced by the fungus Aspergillus. In a warm, humid climate, Aspergillus growth can be considerably accelerated. The most dangerous chemical among all aflatoxins is B1 (AFB1), which has potential to cause cancer and several other health risks. As result, food forensicists now urgently need method that more precise, quick, practical for testing. current study focuses on development of highly sensitive, specific, label-free,...

Zingiber mioga is a highly economic crop that used to produce vegetables, spices and herbal pharmaceuticals. Its edible flower bud contributes most the value, but big leaves were discarded as agricultural waste, which urgently needs be exploited. In this work, polysaccharides from waste Z. (PWZMLs) extracted using ultrasonic-microwave-assisted extraction (UMAE). After purification characterization, antioxidation anticoagulation of PWZMLs evaluated appraise potential in cardiovascular...

Immunochromatographic (IC) assays are considered suitable diagnostic tools for the determination of mycotoxins. A europium nanospheres-based time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (Eu-Nano-TRFIA), based on a monoclonal antibody and portable TRFIA reader, was developed to determine total aflatoxin (including aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2) levels in feed samples. Under optimized conditions, Eu-Nano-TRFIA method detected within 12 min. It showed good linearity (R(2) > 0.985), LOD 0.16 μg/kg, wide...

ABSTRACT Path planning is crucial for autonomous robot navigation and operation. Tasks like cleaning, inspection, mining, all require complete coverage For maps of convex regions, a reciprocating method can be used. However, concave shapes, it unsuitable. this purpose, paper proposes an image‐based map segmentation path planning. Taking the grip as image, used to divide into subregions. each region, will generate batch waypoints controller. The subregions are then connected achieve entire...

Four new holostan-type triterpene glycosides, marmoratoside A (1), 17α-hydroxy impatienside (2), B (3), 25-acetoxy bivittoside D (4), together with two known (5) and (6), were isolated from the sea cucumber Bohadschia marmorata Jaeger. On basis of spectroscopic analyses, including two-dimensional NMR techniques, chemical reactions, structures glycosides elucidated. Compounds 1, 2, 5, 6 exhibited significant antifungal activity against six strains (0.70 ≤ MIC80 2.81 μM).
