Emergence of multidrug resistant pathogens is increasing globally at an alarming rate with a need to discover novel and effective methods cope infections due these pathogens. Green nanoparticles have gained attention be used as efficient therapeutic agents because their safety reliability. In the present study, we prepared zinc oxide (ZnO NPs) from aqueous leaf extract Acacia arabica . The produced were characterized through UV-Visible spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray...
The delayed healing of wounds among people with diabetes is a severe problem worldwide. Hyperglycemia and increased levels free radicals are the major inhibiting factors wound in diabetic patients. Plant extracts rich source polyphenols, allowing them to be an effective agent for healing. Drying temperature extraction solvent highly affect stability polyphenols plant materials. However, there need optimize protocol ensure efficacy final product. For this purpose, effects drying solvents on...
The aim of this study was to provide a comparative analysis chitosan (CH), copper oxide (CuO), and chitosan-based (CH-CuO) nanoparticles for their application in the healthcare sector. were synthesized by green approach using extract Trianthema portulacastrum. characterized different techniques, such as synthesis particles, which confirmed UV-visible spectrometry that showed absorbance at 300 nm, 255 275 nm CH, CuO, CH-CuO nanoparticles, respectively. spherical morphology presence active...
The antimicrobial, antioxidant and cytotoxic properties of Mazus goodenifolius (Hornem.) Pennell essential oil, methanol extract some solvent-extracted subfractions the latter were appraised. A qualitative, quantitative analysis classes phytochemicals in various fractions GC-MS oil was carried out. activity plant against selected bacterial (Pasturella multocida, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis Staphylococcus aureus) fungal strains (Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Alternaria...
The present study was conducted to examine various biological activities of a methanol extract Agave attenuata leaves. GC-MS analysis the n-hexane fraction from revealed presence 31 compounds, with mono-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (11.37%), 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid (6.33%), n-docosane (6.30%) and eicosane (6.02%) as major components. leaves contained appreciable levels total phenolic contents (10.541-39.35 GAE, mg/100 g) flavonoid (43.35-304.8 CE, g). some its fractions showed moderate...
Current study has been designed to estimate the possible antioxidant, antimicrobial and hemolytic potential of Ficus benjamina different parts (leaves, stem root). All examined extracts fractions were significantly rich in antioxidants exhibited potent activity. GC/MS analysis essential oil identified four compounds eight root, respectively. HPLC indicated phenolic (chlorogenic, p-coumaric, ferulic syringic acids) roots, three (chlorogenic p-coumaric only one (caffeic acid) leaves. Extracts...
Green nanomaterials have gained much attention due to their potential use as therapeutic agents. The present study investigated the production of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) from a silver-resistant Bacillus safensis TEN12 strain, which was isolated metal contaminated soil and taxonomically identified through 16S rRNA gene sequencing. formation AgNPs in bacterial culture confirmed by using UV–vis spectroscopy with an absorption peak at 426.18 nm. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) involvement...
Personality refer to the distinctive set of characteristics a person that effect their habits, behaviour’s, attitude and pattern thoughts. Text available on Social Networking sites provide an opportunity recognize individual’s personality traits automatically. In this proposed work, Machine Learning Technique, XGBoost classifier is used predict four based Myers- Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) model, namely Introversion-Extroversion(I-E), iNtuition-Sensing(N-S), Feeling-Thinking(F-T)...
The wound-healing properties of Plantago major L. (plantain) were evaluated using an ex-vivo porcine model. Ethanol- and water-based extracts prepared from greenhouse-grown freeze-dried leaves P. major. Both types stimulated wound healing in skin, but the ethanol-based had a somewhat stronger effect. A concentration 1.0 mg/mL (on dry weight basis) produced best results for both extracts.
The study was planned to characterize Planomicrobium sp. MSSA-10 for plant-beneficial traits and evaluate its inoculation impact on physiology of pea plants under different salinity levels.
