This study aims to analyse hotels employers’ perceptions in hiring decisions on people with disability (PWD). A total of 35 samples out 72 employers among the 4 and 5-star Kuala Lumpur were selected based census sampling method. It is found that employer hire PWDs are influenced by gender, type disability, work performance concerns, co-worker guest concerns. Interestingly, discovered have more positive towards female PWDs. They also interested who meet requirements job regardless their disability.
