Kaposi sarcoma (KS) is the most common malignant tumor in HIV-infected individuals. Although its form consists of skin and mucosal lesions, it can also present itself a disseminated way affecting gastrointestinal tract, lungs eye structures. We case 27-year-old male patient with HIV infection sarcoma. Disseminated KS an uncommon disease.
