This paper studies the problem of exponential outer synchronization between two uncertain nonlinearly coupled complex networks with time delays. In order to synchronize networks, an adaptive control scheme is designed based on Lyapunov stability theorem. Simultaneously, unknown system parameters are identified when occurs. This paper proposed an observer-based output feedback tracking controller with constraints for the rigid-link flexible-joint space manipulator system considering dynamic damping caused by torque change.
