The purpose of our study is to describe the radiologic findings adult patients presenting with congenital unilateral pulmonary vein atresia.Chest radiography in affected typically reveals a small hemithorax and ipsilateral artery as well septal thickening. CT shows, addition, ground-glass attenuation, absence connection left atrium, abundant mediastinal venous collateral vessels. MR imaging helpful further characterizing vascular abnormalities.
