Effective pyroelectric coefficients as large 5 μC/cm2 °C, with peak responsivities at approximately 50 were obtained from compositionally graded barium strontium titanate ferroelectric thin film devices formed on silicon using unbalanced magnetron sputter deposition. These effective are nearly two orders of magnitude larger than those observed conventional detectors.
Organic solar cells (OSCs) with high performance were prepared using poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) and [2-(3,6-dibromo-9H-carbazol-9-yl)ethyl]phosphonic acid (Br-2PACz) double-layer films as the anode interface. In this work, the (1-x)CaWO4-xNa2WO4 (x = 0.1, 0.2, denoted as 0.9CW-0.1NW and 0.8CW-0.2NW, respectively) ultralow-loss microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared via solid-state reaction method.
