Impeded autophagy can impair pancreatic β cell function by causing apoptosis, of which DAP-related apoptosis-inducing kinase-2 (DRAK2) is a critical regulator. Here, we identified marked up-regulation DRAK2 in tissue across humans, macaques, and mice with type 2 diabetes (T2D). Further studies showed that conditional knockout (cKO) cells protected against high-fat diet feeding along sustained mitochondrial function. Phosphoproteome analysis isolated mouse primary islets revealed directly...

Abstract Effective suppression of non‐radiative recombination caused by surface defects in perovskite is crucial for achieving high‐efficiency solar cells (PSCs). However, conventional passivators such as organic amine salts are prone to deprotonation amines and rapid reaction with formamidine, leading device degradation. Meanwhile, the solvent processing can also decompose layer due dissolution salts. In this work, an small molecule, 2‐Thiophenacetamide (TAM), features multiple active sites...

The limited operational stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) remains the primary obstacle to their commercialization. Introducing organic molecules with coordination and hydrogen bonding has been demonstrated as an effective strategy for enhancing PSCs. Herein, we introduced acrylamides into precursor solution, enabling in situ polymerization form polyacrylamide at grain boundaries without sacrificing crystal quality films. -C = O -NH2 functional groups bonds uncoordinated Pb2+ I-...

Coalbed methane as an unconventional natural gas is suitable for the utilization in thermal photovoltaic systems through optimized burners. In order to improve radiation and efficiency of coalbed methane, a combination bluff body porous media was proposed. Moreover, spacing structure were changed analyze influence on flame characteristics. The results showed that maximum temperature increased with decreasing spacing. When 30 mm, 933 K obtained, by 68%. increase equivalence ratio also...
