Angiosarcoma is a very rare entity of soft tissue neoplasm with an aggressive and destructive biological behavior. Thyroid angiosarcoma usually reported in Alpine regions, only exceptionally cases arising non-mountainous areas. Laryngoceles are benign and cystic dilatations of the laryngeal saccule that contains air communicates with lumen. They uncommon, correspond to 5% begin lesions.
