We present a monolithic ultraviolet (UV) image sensor based on standard CMOS process. A compact UV sensitive device structure is designed as pixel for the sensor. This consists of array, high-voltage switches, readout circuit and digital control circuit. 16 × prototype chip implemented in 0.18 μm logic The were measured. Experimental results demonstrate that has high sensitivity 0.072 V/(mJ/cm2) can capture image. It suitable large-scale bio-medical space applications.
