Abstract Background Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) are composed of DNA chains from neutrophils and associated proteolytic enzymes, which play an important role in cancer metastasis. However, the molecular mechanism NET-mediated lung metastasis triple-negative breast (TNBC) remains unclear. Methods The expression levels NETs specimens serum were analyzed compared with normal samples. Single-cell sequencing bioinformatics analysis was conducted to identify differentially expressed genes...

Breast angiosarcoma is a rare malignancy of endovascular origin, accounting for less than 1% all mammary cancers. Our aim was to explore clinicopathological features and the factors associated with prognosis. We extracted information from Surveillance, Epidemiology, End Results Program (SEER) patients breast between 2004 2015. Chi-square analysis used compare in patients. Overall survival (OS) assessed using Kaplan Meier method. Univariate multivariate analyses were performed evaluate...

Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) have become first-line drugs for cancer treatment. However, their clinical use is seriously hindered since many patients experience diarrhea after receiving TKIs. The mechanisms of TKI-associated remain unclear. Most existing therapies are symptomatic treatments based on and effects unsatisfactory. Therefore, clarification the underlying critical to develop effective anti-diarrhea drugs. This article summarizes several potential reviews current treatment progress.

Abstract Introduction The axillary lymph node status (ALNS) and internal mammary nodes (IMLN) expression associated with breast cancer are closely linked to prognosis. This study aimed establish a nomogram predict survival at 3, 5, 10 years in patients various statuses. Methods We obtained data from between 2004 2015 the Surveillance, Epidemiology, End Results (SEER database). Chi-square analysis was performed test for differences pathological characteristics of groups, Kaplan–Meier log-rank...

Background: Embryonal carcinoma is a rare tissue type in germ cell tumors. According to our literature review, metastatic embryonal misdiagnosed as lymphoma because of its high similarity extremely and has not been reported yet. Case Presentation: A 46-year-old middle adulthood male presented with unexplained fever, night sweats, abdominal distension for 3 months, weight loss around 7kg during almost 6 which similar from the clinical features imaging examinations. After clear diagnosis, case...
