Differential heterodyne interferometer is applied for measuring spatial thickness variations across glass panels of liquid-crystal displays. This system uses the Zeeman laser as a source two-frequency shifted orthogonally linearly polarized probe waves, passing through in two spatially separated points. These waves are then recombined single beam to produce intermediate frequency signal with phase proportional gradient sample. The measured against reference by means lock-in amplifier, and...
A new cross-polarized heterodyne optical technique is developed for two-dimensional (2D) simultaneous mapping of both birefringence and thickness variations in large flat glass panels commonly used liquid-crystal displays (LCDs). Weak depolarization a linearly polarized probe beam due to detected by means mixing the two frequency shifted waves generated Zeeman-type laser. Amplitude transmitted laser interference partial reflected from sides sample provide information about thickness....
In this study, we investigated the etching parameter dependence of reactive ion etch (RIE) lag nanometer silicon trenches using HBr/O 2 plasma in an inductively coupled etcher. As O flow rate, pressure, and source power decreased substrate temperature increased, RIE improved. The on rate correlated with surface oxidation which gives rise to charging up positive ions reduction rate. Increased oxidation, resulted severer lag. These were verified by actinometrical optical emission spectroscopy...
As the number of drones continues to increase and their applications become more widespread, importance neutralizing is becoming increasingly important. Despite existence studies on drones, only a few exist jammer antennas for antidrone systems. Handheld require high gain directivity beam patterns with narrow half-power beamwidths (HPBWs), while also covering multiple frequency bands used by drones. In this letter, we propose broadband enhanced Vivaldi antenna directors handheld system. The...
Design and performance of a new type Kerr microscope based on heterodyne cross-polarized technique is presented. Weak depolarization the probe beam due to longitudinal magneto-optical effect detected by means mixing two frequency shifted waves generated Zeeman-type He–Ne laser. In comparison with traditional homodyne method proposed has better sensitivity spatial resolution. Experimental results imaging service magnetic tracks real samples disks are presented, showing contrast resolution...

In this paper, a computer aided analysis method is proposed for durability assessment in the early design stages using Modal Stress Recovery (MSR) and linear damage rule. From dynamic of OHT vehicle system with some flexible bodies, modal displacement time histories structure components are calculated. finite element components, stresses With history stress component, at critical location produced superposition principle. Using rule cycle counting method, fatigue life predicted from history....
Reduction schemes approximate the lower eigenvalues that represent global behavior of structures. But, they are not efficient to be applied large-scaled problems because these require considerable amount computing time in constructing reduced one from original systems. In addition, selection primary degrees freedom might localized cause excessive emphasis mode or lost important modes. present study, a new reduction method combined with sub-domain is proposed. For construction final system,...
