The histological features of accessory tragi from 13 patients were analyzed. All the lesions showed numerous tiny mature hair follicles in various phases, while presence cartilage was not essential. Of importance prominent connective tissue framework subcutaneous fat that seemed to be one diagnostic criteria for tragi.

We report a rare case of intraepidermal sebaceous carcinoma which occurred on the left upper arm an old woman. Light-microscopic findings revealed that almost all histopathological lesions were in epidermis and showed pagetoid spread. The tumor was well differentiated consisted germinative, transitional cells. Mitosis mild moderate pleomorphism observed. Ultrastructural lipid droplets cells although Sudan III staining failed to show any positive materials.

Radiation-induced organizing pneumonia is a rare complication of radiation therapy for thoracic cancer. Carbon-ion radiotherapy, an emerging treatment modality early-stage lung cancer treatment, can also cause injuries. However, as cases radiation-induced caused by carbon-ion radiotherapy have not been reported, its clinical features remain unclear. A 69-year-old woman was referred to our hospital 11 months after being diagnosed with early due refractory pneumonitis induced radiotherapy. She...

To date, there is limited evidence on the effects of bronchodilators respiratory dynamics in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Dynamic chest radiography (DCR) a novel radiographic modality that provides real-time, objective and quantifiable kinetic data, including changes lung area (Rs), tracheal diameter, diaphragmatic kinetics ventilation during respiration, at lower radiation dose than used by fluoroscopic or CT imaging. However, therapeutic effect dual kinetics, such as wall...

A new follicular cyst was reported. The lower part of the wall composed both basophilic and shadow cells as seen in pilomatricoma, whereas upper consisted clear cells. Our case apparently derives from hair matrix outer root sheath.

A 48-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with acute respiratory failure. Chest computed tomography showed ground-glass opacity and patchy emphysematous lesions in both lungs. Corticosteroid therapy effective; however, the disease worsened tapering of corticosteroids. Bronchoalveolar lavage revealed hemosiderin-laden macrophages, video-assisted thoracic surgery diffuse interstitial fibrosis alveolar hemorrhage (DAH). There no evidence vasculitis nor autoimmune diseases. This patient...

Rationale: Although lung macrophages (Mφ) correlate with pulmonary fibrosis (PF) pathogenesis, the effect of Mφ transplantation (PMT) on PF remains unclear. Aim: This study aimed to evaluate PMT PF. Methods: Bone marrow (BM) mononuclear cells wild-type (WT) mice were cultured in vitro prepare BM-derived Mφs (BMDM). BMDM or PBS administered intratracheally 7 days after bleomycin (BLM) administration in WT mice. The four defined groups P(PBS)+P, P+M(BMDM), B(BLM)+P,...
