In this paper, split ring unit cells are proposed and designed for ultra-wideband RCS reduction. The cell converts the incidence wave to its cross-polarization in wide bandwidth, most importantly, cross-polarized reflection phase amplitude can be separately controlled by geometry rotation angle. In this paper, a dual frequencies and bidirectional functional metasurface is presented. The can achieve radiation with polarization at different frequencies. By independently adjusting the reflection transmission phases, forward backward beam convergence be achieved. simulated results indicate that gain of reach 24.9 dBi 9 GHz 26.1 12 GHz, which least 13.5 higher than bare feeder.
