Abstract The authors present a video of surgical treatment, Suprapubic Hernia, after Pelvic Trauma. It was male patient, 52 years, ASA II, that 10 years ago had Trauma, with fracture the Pelvis. He evaluated because left groin pain and non-reductible suprapubic swelling. patient submitted to TAPP approach discharged same day, no complications.
