Abstract BCMA-targeting chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy demonstrates impressive clinical response in multiple myeloma (MM). However, some patients with BCMA-deficient tumours cannot benefit from this therapy, and others can experience BCMA loss leading to relapse, thus necessitating the identification of additional CAR-T targets. Here, we show that FcRH5 is expressed on cells be targeted cells. elicited antigen-specific activation, cytokine secretion cytotoxicity against MM...

Abstract The essential oil of Mosla chinensis Maxim cv. Jiangxiangru is known for its antibacterial ability. This study aimed to investigate the chemical composition and inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus biofilm formation. Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC–MS) was used determine oil. Subsequently, eight major components were quantitatively analyzed using GC– MS, their minimum concentration (MIC) values against S . tested. Biofilm formation detected by crystal violet...

Luteolin is a flavonoid compound widely found in vegetables, fruits, and medicinal plants. In this study, the reaction conditions for luteolin five metal ions (Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, Fe3+, Cu2+) to form complexes hot water were optimized, which was at molar ratio of 1 : 90°C volume 20 mL 2 h, ability with Cu2+ strongest. The DPPH scavenging test showed that exerted dose-dependent effect on clearance free radicals; luteolin-Cu2+ luteolin-Fe3+ accentuated radicals. Furthermore, we used high...
