While extensive research on pressure wave emissions from meter-scale airgun bubbles, the dynamics at microscale, particularly regarding fiber laser-induced bubble generation, remains less explored. In this Letter, we investigate dynamic properties of a optic that fires bubbles to propel polystyrene particles in two-dimensional plane. A linear dependence particle propulsion energy distribution with respect length is observed. The temporal ejection behavior attributed abrupt jerk response...

In this paper, a permanent magnet of multicusp ion source is calculated in theory, using the binary collision model to deal with coulomb between electrons. Collision electrons and hydrogen species treated null-collision model. Therefore, three-dimensional PIC-MCC simulation algorithm developed. Two optimization design models source, ET-60U, are simulated by software. Also, spatial distribution characteristics relevant issues volume negative production rate two kinds sources explored....

Recently, there are imminent requirements to security policies in dynamic Web services composition, so appear many specifications. The of characters not always constant and the specifications will need modify according requirements, however, is no a uniform formal foundation support numerous specifications, it block application these policies, which have been deeply investigated far. To solve problems, this paper, we advocate apply Spi calculus describe reason properties, for convenience...

The driving experiment of SiO2 microspheres in a water environment was carried out by using tapered fiber microstructures to transmit short pulse lasers. microstructure can generate plasma and spherical shock waves drive microspheres. Through theoretical simulation, the propagation characteristics dynamic were studied. In experiment, high-speed COMS camera used capture images wave diffusion microsphere motion. A linear relationship between behavior laser energy distribution is observed....

Abstract A separation experiment of polystyrene microspheres in water based on tapered fiber pulsed laser system was carried out. We analyzed the motion images during microsphere clusters and investigated influence energy initial cluster positions results. Through study bubbles generated by clusters, we summarized process micron-sized bubble formation factors contributing to their prolonged existence. Additionally, clarified mechanism clusters. The results indicate that as increases, effect...

Aged oxide-defined narrow-stripe lasers sometimes exhibit beam narrowing in both the near-field and far-field light distributions, accompanied by development of sustained pulsations. The is found to correlate with presence a darkened area under stripe viewed cathodoluminescence imaging. We propose an explanation based on thermal waveguiding effect resulting from increasing heat dissipation area.
