Collaborative filtering is one of the most fundamental topics for recommender systems. Various methods have been proposed collaborative filtering, ranging from matrix factorization to graph convolutional methods. Being inspired by recent successes filtering-based and score-based generative models (SGMs), we present a novel concept blurring-sharpening process model (BSPM). SGMs BSPMs share same processing philosophy that new information can be discovered (e.g., images are generated in case...

Abstract With the rapid development of Internet, many types websites have been developed. This variety makes it necessary to adopt systemized evaluation criteria with a strong theoretical basis. study proposes set derived from an architectural perspective which has used for over 1000 years in buildings. The six are internal reliability and external security structural robustness, useful content usable navigation functional utility, system interface communication aesthetic appeal. impacts on...

Objectives : This study was conducted to classify the TA(traffic accident) patients who admissed in Oriental Medical Hospital. Methods We divided TA Hospital by age, sex, visited period after onset, impact region, disease, and chief complaint according a patient classification table, analyzed their characteristics. Results Conclusion The within 1 week numbered most(65.4%) period. Most region neck(80%). of were suffered treated cervical(80%) lumbar(56.9%) sprain.

Graph neural networks (GNNs) are one of the most popular research topics for deep learning. GNN methods typically have been designed on top graph signal processing theory. In particular, diffusion equations widely used designing core layer GNNs, and therefore they inevitably vulnerable to notorious oversmoothing problem. Recently, a couple papers paid attention reaction in conjunctions with equations. However, all consider limited forms To this end, we present reaction-diffusion...

Objectives : The purpose of this report is to examine the effects direct moxibustion on Low back pain and Lowerlimb radiating pain. Methods patients were hospitalized in Daejeon Univ. Oriental Hospital treated with acupuncture treatment, physical treatment moxibustion. After treatments, we measured Results & Conclusions VAS(Visual Analogue Scale) PRS(Pain Rating Scale). scores improved 3 cases So it suggested that moxibution have possibility treat sciatica.

Introduction: Left atrial (LA) structure and function are associated with future cardiovascular (CV) events risk factors. Studying the longitudinal change of LA age may provide important insights into natural history remodeling. Hypothesis: The aim this study is to evaluate associations between gender changes in remodeling a large multi-ethnic cohort free clinical CV disease at baseline. Methods: Cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) was used identify 2882 MESA participants who underwent baseline...

This paper proposes a novel assist system for customer service representatives based on natural language processing (NLP). In the proposed system, an NLP model calculates relationships between question from and all questions in given FAQ list. Based model’s calculation, will recommend several FAQs that are more similar to customer’s than others list then representative responses, whether recommended actually or not. Since these responses become data next training, accuracy can be...

Recommender systems are a long-standing research problem in data mining and machine learning. They incremental nature, as new user-item interaction logs arrive. In real-world applications, we need to periodically train collaborative filtering algorithm extract user/item embedding vectors therefore, time-series of can be naturally defined. We present forecasting-based upgrade kit (TimeKit), which works the following way: it i) first decides base algorithm, ii) extracts with from...
