目的: 比较原位杂交检测人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)E6/E7 mRNA与免疫组织化学(IHC)检测p16在口咽部鳞状细胞癌(OPSCC)中的表达异同并分析HPV阳性OPSCC的临床病理特征。 方法: 收集郑州大学第一附属医院病理科OPSCC样本62例,采用HPV E6/E7 mRNA(原位杂交)检测肿瘤组织的HPV感染表达状态,同时进行p16 IHC检测;收集入组病例的临床病例信息,分析不同检测结果与其临床病理参数的相关性。 结果: 62例OPSCC标本中,男性43例,女性19例,平均年龄58岁。病理形态学特点以黏膜下浸润性肿瘤为主,HPV mRNA阳性肿瘤形态学上多以低分化和基底样特征为主,大多数肿瘤缺乏角化,扁桃体是其好发部位。在对两种不同HPV检测方法与OPSCC病理特征的比较分析中发现,p16阳性与p16阴性OPSCC两组在性别、烟史、肿瘤原发部位、肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移及治疗方式上差异均无统计学意义。当以HPV mRNA检测结果为准进行分组时,HPV mRNA阳性和HPV mRNA阴性OPSCC两组在原发部位和治疗方式上差异有统计学意义。 结论:...
