High-throughput genotyping enables the large-scale analysis of genetic diversity in population genomics and genome-wide association studies that combine genotypic phenotypic characterization large collections accessions. Sequencing-based approaches for are progressively replacing traditional methods because lower ascertainment bias. However, based on sequencing becomes expensive species with genomes a high proportion repetitive DNA. Here we describe use CRISPR-Cas9 technology to deplete...

The genus Clavicornaltica Scherer 1974 consists of very small, soil-dwelling flea beetles in South, Southeast and East Asia. Due to their diminutive size morphological similarities, little is known about ecology taxonomical diversity. It likely that further studies will reveal this be much more speciose than the 30 species currently recognised. A new from Brunei Darussalam described, C. mataikanensis Otani et al., sp. nov. This second recorded Ulu Temburong National Park.
