In the search for biocompatible composite microspheres to be used as a hemostatic agent, in previous study, we designed novel biomaterial, consisting of containing three natural biological ingredients, carboxymethyl chitosan, sodium alginate and collagen (CSCM). Furthermore, chemical physical properties, ability, biocompatibility cytotoxicity were investigated vitro. this work, vivo performance, wound healing, hemocompatibility, histocompatibility, biodegradability evaluated by series...
Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs), as the activated stroma cells, contribute to tumor progression via release of cytokines, growth factors, and hormones. However, neither factors produced by CAFs nor molecular mechanisms were illuminated very well in gastric cancer (GC).Immunohistochemical staining alpha-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) was applied examine number GC samples from 227 patients. ELISA qRT-PCR performed detect expression interleukin 17a (IL-17a). The migration invasion cells...
Based on the average human body size in China and THUMS AM50 finite element model of body, Kriging interpolation algorithm was used to Chinese 50th percentile biological fidelity verified. We built three different types passenger vehicle models, namely, sedan, sports utility (SUV), multi-purpose (MPV), mechanical response analysis simulation compare analyze dynamic differences head injury between during collisions. The results showed that there are obvious mannequin terms collision time,...
Abstract Background Older adults are the least active population in U.S. Low-income communities have fewer physical activity (PA) resources, contributing to less PA and increased chronic disease risk. This study assessed effect of multilevel, peer-led, Peer Empowerment Program 4 Physical Activity (PEP4PA) on moderate-to-vigorous (MVPA) health outcomes, over 2 years follow up. Methods In a cluster-randomized controlled trial, 12 senior or community centers serving low-income older were...
Abstract Purpose This study aimed to explore the feasibility and safety of tunnel approach in laparoscopic radical right hemicolectomy for colon cancer. Methods From July 2016 October 2018, a total 106 consecutive patients with cancer who underwent at Affiliated Cancer Hospital Zhengzhou University were enrolled. The stratified into either (TA) (n = 56) group or traditional medial (MA) 50) according surgical technique performed. baseline demographics, perioperative outcomes oncologic...
Sedentary behavior among breast cancer survivors is associated with increased risk of poor physical function and worse quality life. While moderate to vigorous activity can improve outcomes for survivors, many are unable engage in that intensity activity. Decreasing sitting time may be a more feasible behavioral target potentially mitigate the impact its treatments.

Objective To investigate the application value of curved cutter stapler device combined with trans-orally inserted anvil (OrVil) in radical resection Siewert type Ⅱ adenocarcinoma esophagogastric junction (AEG). Methods The retrospective cross-sectional study was conducted. The clinicopathological data 206 patients AEG who were admitted to Henan Tumor Hospital between March 2011 and 2016 collected. All underwent 3-step clock wise total gastrectomy+ D2 lymph node dissection....
<title>Abstract</title> Background: Although Multiple studies showed that the median approach is nowadays most widely accepted according to “no-touch” principle and safety. However, this a demanding procedure with steep learning curve has high rate of conversion laparotomy. This aim explore feasibility safety tunnel in laparoscopic radical right hemicolectomy for colon cancer. Methods:From July 2016 October 2018, total 106 consecutive patients cancer who were...
Abstract Background In order to accurately predict outcomes of gastric cancer (GC), we developed a risk signature with tumor infiltration immune and inflammatory cells for prognosis. Methods A model in combination CD66b + neutrophils, CD3 T, CD8 T lymphocytes, FOXP3 regulatory was training cohort 327 GC patients undergoing surgical resection between 2011 2012, validated validation 285 from 2012 2013. Results High expression predicted poor disease-special survival (DSS) as well inversely...
