Background. Nephrotic syndrome (NS) is associated with a high risk of thrombotic complications. In this group patients, routine local tests for assessing hemostasis do not accurately reflect hypercoagulable state. Global functional hemostasis, including thrombodynamics (TD), are considered promising disorders in the blood coagulation system these patients. Aim. To compare rate hypercoagulability according to hemostatic and TD evaluate factors increased complications patients chronic...
Circulating anti-podocyte antibodies have been proposed as potential factors contributing to increased permeability in primary podocytopathies, such Minimal Change Disease (MCD) and Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). The aim of the study was assess levels targeting synaptopodin annexin 1 blood serum patients diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome, evaluating their utility diagnosing podocytopathies predicting therapeutic response.
