Abstract The behavior of two-dimensional (2D) materials constructed as three-dimensional structures is studied to bring such one step closer the real-life application. Lattices gyroid triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) were fabricated out 2D materials, namely, molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ), and reduced graphene oxide (rGO), forming for first time free-standing MoS (FSM) lattice hetero-structural rGO (FSH) TPMS. These also integrated with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) elastomer, FSM/PDMS...
This work pioneers the application of direct ink writing (DIW) to fabricate elastomeric additively manufactured vision based tactile sensor (VBTS). DIW cuts down fabrication time by 76%, allowing design precise control and reducing complexities process compared state‐of‐the‐art (SOTA) molding techniques. Successful is verified in three stages. Firstly, mechanical characteristics are at par with those SOTA molded Ecoflex terms depth compression, compression rate, number cycles. Secondly,...
