Abstract We report the demonstration of first axial AlInN ultraviolet core-shell nanowire light-emitting diodes with highly stable emission in wavelength range. During epitaxial growth layer, an shell is spontaneously formed, resulting reduced nonradiative recombination on surface. The nanowires exhibit a high internal quantum efficiency ~52% at room temperature for 295 nm. peak can be varied from 290 nm to 355 by changing conditions. Moreover, significantly strong transverse magnetic (TM)...

In this paper, we report our study on high-performance III-nitride nanowire light-emitting diodes (LEDs) copper (Cu) substrates via the substrate-transfer process. Nanowire LED structures were first grown silicon-on-insulator (SOI) by molecular beam epitaxy. Subsequently, SOI substrate was removed combining dry- and wet-etching processes. Compared to conventional LEDs Si, Cu exhibit several advantages, including more efficient thermal management enhanced light-extraction efficiency (LEE)...

The GaAs solar cells are grown by low-pressure metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (LP-MOCVD) and fabricated photolithography, metal evaporation, annealing, wet etch processes. Anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) masks prepared from an foil a two-step anodization method. Inductively coupled plasma dry etching is used to define the nanoarray structures on top of InGaP window layer cells. inverted-cone-shaped nanoholes with surface diameter about 50 nm formed after AAO mask removal. Photovoltaic...

Enrichment of basal progenitors (BPs) in the developing neocortex is a central driver cortical enlargement. The transcription factor Pax6 known as an essential regulator generation BPs. H3 lysine 9 acetylation (H3K9ac) has emerged crucial epigenetic mechanism that activates gene expression program required for BP pool amplification. In this current work, we applied immunohistochemistry, RNA sequencing, chromatin immunoprecipitation and yeast two-hybrid assay to reveal BP-genic effect...

Lattice Reduction aided soft output MIMO detectors (LR-SOMD) have been demonstrated to offer a promising gain. This work explores the potential of implementing LR-SOMD on parallel programmable baseband processor. In this paper, first LR algorithm called Data Regularized Parallel (DRP-LR) is proposed. Afterwards, low-complexity LR-SOMD, Radius Constrained Multi-Tree Selective Spanning (RC-MTSS) presented. RC-MTSS uses novel multiple-tree search approach for while combining benefits Sphere...

SUMMARY The distribution and level of epigenetic (chromatin) marks have implications for differential regulatory effects at specific gene loci. Herein, we applied a protocol which combines in vivo electroporation CRISPR-dead (d)Cas9 system to probe edit chromatin mark the epigenome intermediate progenitor cells (IPCs) developing mouse cortex. We found that promoter lncSox1 , long non-coding gene, is key genomic locus H3K9 acetylation (H3K9ac) during IPC amplification. CRISPR-dCas9–mediated...

In this paper, we would like to figure out whether a {\it k}-inflation model admits the Bianchi type I metric as its inflationary solution under constant-roll condition in presence of supergravity motivated coupling between scalar and vector fields, \(f^2(\phi)F_{\mu\nu}F^{\mu\nu}\). As result, some novel anisotropic solutions are shown appear along with power-law one scenario. Furthermore, these numerically confirmed be attractive, contrast prediction Hawking's cosmic no-hair conjecture.
