이 논문은 한국사회에서 베트남 미등록 노동이주여성들의 이주-정착-순환의 과정을 행위자 네트워크이론(Actor-Network Theory: ANT)으로 분석한 것이다. 네트워크이론은 초국적 이동 과정에 개입하는 다양한 인간 · 비인간 행위자들의 행위성(agency)에 주목함으로써 이주 연구의 패러다임을 확장시킬 수 있는 가능성을 제공한다. 이 논문은 미래형 교육패러다임 전환의 일환으로 공교육 시범학교로서 교육과정과 수업을 전면적인 학습자주도성에 기반한 교육으로 혁신한 ‘희망학교’ 학생들의 경험을 탐색하여 그 효과와 의미를 분석한 것이다. 즉, 희망학교의 학습경험이 미래 역량 성장에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지, 그리고 학생들은 자신들의 어떻게 의미화하는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 희망학교 학생들을 대상으로 실시한 서술식 사후 질문지와 심층면담 등 질적 조사결과를 중심으로 분석하였다. 학습경험에 대한 질적연구 분석 결과는 1) 즐거운 수업으로 인한 학습에의 몰입 2) 우정과 환대의 학교공간 복원 3) 소통과 협업역량의 성장 4) 자기 신뢰와 이해에 기반을 둔 진로 인식의 생성 4가지로 분류할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과에 두고 학습자 주도성에 교육의 의미가 한국교육에 미치는 시사점을 기술하였다.
