Despite the growing interest in PCNs and dioxin-like toxicity exhibited by a number of congeners, comprehensive assessment their contribution to cocktail contaminants is still lacking. To address such shortcoming, this study investigated PCN contamination foodstuffs recently acquired France, together with that regulatory polychlorinated dibenzodioxins/furans (PCDD/Fs) biphenyls (PCBs). were ubiquitous at levels (∑70 = 2.5–150 pg g–1 wet weight) similar those reported other countries, maximum...
Dietary intake has been highlighted as the main route of human exposure to polychlorinated n-alkanes (PCAs). In this study, we investigated dietary French population PCAs by analysing 34 vegetable oil and margarine samples well in 50 foods animal origin, often reported most contaminated food items diet. Levels were determined using both LC/ESI-HRMS GC/ECNI-HRMS couplings, for further comparison. For samples, precisions, trueness uncertainties < 15 %, ≤22 % 7-25 respectively. higher...
