Abstract This study established a constant-temperature fluorescence quantitative detection method, combining loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) with molecular beacons. The advantages of LAMP are its convenience and efficiency, as it does not require thermocycler results easily visualized by the naked eye. However, major disadvantage current techniques is use indirect evaluation methods (e.g., electrophoresis, SYBR Green I dye, precipitation, hydroxynaphthol blue turbidimetric...

Abstract Novel P 2 N 4 ‐donors containing chiral 22‐membered macrocyclic ligands have been synthesized and the structures determined by an X‐ray diffraction study. The catalytic systems in situ generated from triiron dodecarbonyl, Fe 3 (CO) 12 , ligand exhibited high activity (TOF up to 1940 h −1 ) excellent enantioselectivity with 99% ee asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of various aromatic ketones.

Antibodies are the most common affinity reagents for specific target recognition. However, their applications limited by high cost and low stability. Thus, seeking substitutes antibodies is of great significance. In this work, we designed a library containing 82 self-assembled nanoparticles (SNPs) based on self-assembly β-cyclodextrin polymers adamantane derivatives, then screened out eight types SNPs capable suppressing toxicity melittin using hemolytic activity neutralization assay. The...

Vehicle detection is important for the development of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), which has made great strides in recent years. However, at night, vehicle faces many difficulties such as low illumination, street lights, and appearances headlights, etc. In order to solve these problems, we propose an improved nighttime algorithm based on Faster R-CNN. Firstly, combine Deformable Convolutional Network with R-CNN improve accuracy features night vehicles different sizes shapes....

Two cyclometalated iridium(III) complexes, Ir(dpppz)(ppz)(ipx) and Ir(ppz) 2 (ipx) (dpppzH=1- (2,6-dimethylphenoxy)-4-phenylphthalazine, ppzH=4-phenylphthalazinone, ipx=isopropyl xanthate), have been synthesized characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The photophysical properties of the two complexes were also investigated. shows orange-red emission at around 606 nm with a phosphorescence quantum yield ca. 0.0032 an lifetime 188 ns, while 599 0.00318 259 ns. behavior towards...
