Abstract Antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) have demonstrated effectiveness in treating various cancers, particularly exhibiting specificity targeting human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)‐positive breast cancer. Recent advancements phase 3 clinical trials broadened current understanding of ADCs, especially trastuzumab deruxtecan, other HER2‐expressing malignancies. This expansion knowledge has led to the US Food and Drug Administration's approval deruxtecan for HER2‐positive HER2‐low...

This paper reports the fabrication of regular large-area laser-induced periodic surface structures (LIPSSs) in indium tin oxide (ITO) films via femtosecond laser direct writing focused by a cylindrical lens. The LIPSSs exhibited good properties as nanowires, with resistivity almost equal to that initial ITO film. By changing fluence, nanowire resistances could be tuned from 15 73 kΩ/mm consistency ±10%. Furthermore, average transmittance range 1200–2000 nm was improved 21% 60%. LIPSS is...

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an inflammatory autoimmune disease triggered by antigenic peptides with environmental and genetic risk factors. It has been shown that antigen-specific targeting could be a promising therapeutical strategy for RA restoring immune tolerance to self-antigens without compromising normal immunity. Citrullination of antigens enhances properties induces responses. Here, we showed citrullinated (citAg) vaccine ameliorated collagen-induced decreased T-helper 1 (Th1) Th17...
