Abstract Flexible quantum dot light‐emitting diodes (FQLEDs) always suffer poor performance, and current efforts towards performance improvement need complicated procedures but still ending with limited progress. An extremely efficient simply structured FQLED is demonstrated profited from the substantially enhanced light outcoupling efficiency by employing solution‐processed flexible silver nanowires (AgNWs) transparent conductive electrodes (TCEs). As uncovered rigorous simulations, AgNWs...
Owing to the unique properties of nontrivial Dirac cones on surface and a narrow bandgap in bulk, topological insulators have become one most promising candidates construction novel electronic photonic devices. Herein, single-crystalline Bi2Se3 nanowires (NWs) were synthesized via Au-catalyzed vapor–liquid–solid (VLS) method. Through transfer NWs onto pre-patterned SiO2/Si substrate, NW/Si heterostructure photodetectors fabricated for first time. The exhibited excellent detection performance...
Topological crystalline insulator SnTe film/Si heterostructure were fabricated, which can function as self-driven, ultrafast and broadband photovoltaic detectors.
For the first time, two-dimensional vertical Cu2S/CdS heterojunctions with ultrathin thickness and large size were prepared by cation exchange reaction for high-efficiency photovoltaic applications.
In this work, we study the generalization of decohered average symmetry-protected topological phases to open quantum systems with a combination subsystem symmetries and global symmetries. particular, provide examples two types intrinsic higher-order A classification scheme for these based on generalized anomaly cancellation criteria symmetry is also discussed.
The optimization model for the luminous efficacy (LE) of a correlated color temperature (CCT) tunable phosphor-coated white LED (pc-WLED) was developed. optimal pc-WLEDs with green (498.7 nm, 70.0 nm), yellow (569.2 83.4 and red (638.7 nm) phosphors excited by blue chip (442.4 35.0 could achieve fidelity index (Rf) 97 LEs 118-127 lm/W at CCTs 2700-6500 K radiant efficiency 60% quantum phosphor layer 90%. Compared to dot WLEDs (QD-WLEDs), are lower only 2.7%-4.8% than QD-WLEDs K, so that have...
A high maximum external quantum efficiency of an all-solution-processed dot light-emitting diode is demonstrated to be 28.6% by tailoring the electron injection for balancing charge in a QLED.
Abstract Fringe projection profilometry is a powerful tool that widely applied to shape measurement of objects in engineering. Limited by the light intensity unit, this technique difficult be surface inspection large structures, especially outdoor applications. In study, line laser source selected as unit. The beam controlled scan with predefined angular speed while stationary imaging unit captures images. An image fusion strategy has been proposed construct grating images constant phase...
CsgA is a major protein subunit of Escherichia coli biofilms and plays key roles in bacterial adhesion invasion. proteins can self-assemble into amyloid nanofibers, characterized by their hierarchical structures across multiple length scales, outstanding strength structural robustness under harsh environments. Here, magnetic tweezers were used to study the force spectra at fibril levels. The two ends single nanofiber directly connected between bead glass slide using previously reported...

In this article, we study the structure and optical performance of penetration dislocation to epitaxial GaN-base quantum well on C-plane sapphire. On one hand, will make interface wells disperse largely fluctuate, accordingly increase localization effect wells. other as nonradiative recombination center, makes radiation intensity be reduced. The influence InGaN/GaN multiple decides competition between both. addition, InGaN possesses linear relation with content in definite range wavelength.
