Clavilactones A, B, and D are epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors that were isolated from cultures of the fungus Clitocybe clavipes. Here, we report full details total synthesis these clavilactones. A key feature our synthetic approach is a ring-opening/ring-closing metathesis strategy allows concise transformation cyclobutenecarboxylate into γ-butenolide. Coupled with enantioselective Ti/BINOL-catalyzed alkynylation multisubstituted benzaldehyde ring-closing...
Abstract A structural revision of clavilactone D, a potent inhibitor protein tyrosine kinases, was achieved by total syntheses two newly proposed structures. The relied on ring‐opening/ring‐closing metathesis, which transformed cyclobutenecarboxylate into γ‐butenolide. confirmed that the correct structure D has an amino group at C‐3 instead hydroxy C‐2 in originally structure.
We have previously reported a wide variation in salt tolerance among Arabidopsis thaliana accessions and identified ACQOS , encoding nucleotide-binding leucine-rich repeat (NLR) protein, as the causal gene responsible for disturbance of acquired osmotolerance induced after mild stress. is conserved osmosensitive accessions, including Col-0. In response to osmotic stress, it induces detrimental autoimmunity, resulting suppression osmotolerance, but how triggers autoimmunity remains unclear....
We have successfully evaluated hole mobility in a spin-coated film of lead-bromide based layered perovskite having carbazole chromophore-linked ammonium molecules as organic layer by using FET measurement. The values mobility, threshold voltage and on/off ratio at room temperature were to be 1.7×10 −6 cm 2 V −1 s , 27 28 V, respectively. However, the films on Si substrates not so uniform compared with those fused quartz substrates. To improve uniformity, we examined relationship between...
DPY19L3 has been identified as a C-mannosyltransferase for thrombospondin type-1 repeat domain-containing proteins. In this study, we focused on the role of in myogenic differentiation C2C12 mouse myoblast cells. We carried out gene depletion using CRISPR/Cas9 system. The result showed that these DPY19L3-knockout cells could not be induced differentiation. Moreover, phosphorylation levels MEK/ERK and p70S6K were suppressed compared with parent cells, suggesting protein(s) is(are)...
Abstract Totally substituted butenolide including two tetrasubstituted olefins is a distinct structural motif seen in Stemona alkaloids, but efficient methods for its synthesis are not well developed. As an ongoing program aimed at the collective total of stemoamide group, we report stereodivergent method to give either (E)- or (Z)-totally from same intermediate. While AgOTf-mediated elimination via E1-type mechanism results formation kinetic (Z)-tetrasubstituted olefin, subsequent...
C-mannosylation is a unique type of glycosylation in which mannose added to tryptophan protein. However, the biological function still largely unknown. AXL receptor tyrosine kinase, and its overexpression contributes tumor malignancy. The role cancer cells broad, including invasion, drug resistance, vasculogenic mimicry formation. Although Trp320 was predicted be C-mannosylated, it has not been confirmed. Here, we demonstrated that measured by mass spectrometry recombinant purified from...
An electro-conjugate fluid (ECF) is a kind of dielectric which produces strong jet flow (ECF jet) when subjected to high DC voltage. Namely, pair electrodes generates nonuniform electric field, induces the ECF jet. It known that some kinds may possibly produce an impingement occurs between electrodes. This study proposes type micro fluidic device whose power source integrated by using ECF. We developed prototype and confirmed our concept.
An electro-conjugate fluid (ECF) is a kind of functional fluid, which produces powerful flow when subjected to high DC voltage. It known that strong ECF generated under non-uniform electric field, for example, the field with pair needle and ring electrodes. The could be used as micro pressure source (an pump) actuators including an artificial muscle flexible finger etc. However, previous studies on soft only focused confirmation driving principle. This means, improvement performance pumps...
An electro-conjugate fluid (ECF) is a kind of dielectric which generates powerful flow when subjected to high DC voltage. The ECF promising micro power source (an pump) for actuators including artificial muscles, bellows etc. For today control these has not been investigated well. In almost all researches, have controlled only by ON/OFF except the research reporting PD muscle. gains controller are determined just experiment. Thus system designed model yet developed actuators. this we propose...

The ECF jet promising micro power source for actuators and sensors including motors [4] [5], liquid rate gyroscope [8] [9] etc. However, these applications are developed upon trials errors because the theory has yet be fully established. In this study we introduce Coulomb force develop an model. Then hypothesize that occurred by two causes; inherent dominant...

A laser 2-focus velocimeter (L2F) was used for measurements of velocity and size droplets in diesel fuel sprays. Diesel injected intermittently into the atmosphere by using a 8-hole injector nozzle. The diameter nozzle orifice 0.112mm. rail pressure set at 65MPa common system. period solenoid energizing 2.3ms. L2F had micro-scale probe which consists two foci. focal about 3μm, distance between foci 20μm. data sampling rate system markedly high as 15MHz. measurement conducted 10mm downstream...
Abstract In order to confirm the structure of title compound (IXa), four possible stereoisomers are synthesized starting from (R)‐limonene (I) or its enantiomer (in part no yields given).
