Pyogenic liver abscess (PLA) could be fatal even after standard treatment with antibiotics and percutaneous drainage. Immune checkpoint inhibitors, bevacizumab or microwave ablation may cause PLA, respectively. This paper presents the first case of PLA secondary to concomitant use atezolizumab in cancer.
