Liver metastasis is the leading cause of mortality in patients with colorectal cancer. Given significance both epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) tumor cells and immune microenvironment cancer liver (CRLM), interplay between them could hold key for developing improved treatment options. We employed multiomics analysis 130 samples from 18 synchronous CRLM integrated external datasets to comprehensively evaluate interaction EMT metastasis. Single-cell RNA sequencing revealed distinct...
Abstract Bis(phosphinite) pincer platinum hydride complexes, [2,6‐(R 2 PO) C 6 H 3 ]PtH (R= t Bu, i Pr), were synthesized, characterized and applied to the hydrosilylation of aldehydes ketones. NMR study single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis indicated that hydrides in these two complexes are comparatively less hydridic: down‐field 1 resonances (0.71 0.98 ppm) weak Pt−H interactions observed. Both found be good catalysts for ketones with phenylsilane. The corresponding alcohols isolated...
Intramolecular nucleophilic attack on the metal or phosphorus center of a POCOP pincer complex is lethal to robust backbone.
Abstract Since moisture may frequently be present in many solvents, it is important to know the reactivity of a catalyst against water for catalytic reactions. In order explore stability and understand transformation process diphosphino‐boryl‐based PBP pincer platform, [PdCl{B(NCH 2 P t Bu ) − o ‐C 6 H 4 }] ( 1 was treated with PdCl , HB(NCH PPh reacted [PdCl (cod)] (cod=cyclo‐octa‐1,5‐diene) [Pd (dba) 3 ] (dba=dibenzylideneacetone), respectively, presence water. Some novel palladium POP...
The influence of the pincer platform composition and substitution on reactivity physical properties complexes can be easily explored through different experimental techniques. However, these factors molecular structures thermodynamic stability is usually very subtle cannot always unambiguously established. To rationalize this influence, a survey crystallographic data from 130 group 10 metal supported by benzene-based PYCYP ligands, [2,6-(R2PY)2C6H3-nR'n]MX (Y = CH2, NH, O, S; M Ni, Pd, Pt; R...
Developing new approaches for efficient synthesis of diarylketones from commercially available inexpensive substrates via practical procedures is highly desirable. In this work, an effective catalytic system the was developed based on a newly synthesized Os PBP pincer complex [OsH-cis-(CO)2-mer-{κ3-P,B,P′-B(NCH2PPh2)2-o-C6H4}] (1). Complex 1 proved to be very stable against many reagents at room temperature; CS2 can only react with elevated temperatures produce...
Abstract In order to compare the structure and property of same metal center supported by different types pincer ligands, a series Ni(II) complexes, [2,6‐( i Pr 2 PNH) C 6 H 3 ]NiX (X=SH, 1 ; SPh, b SBn, c BH 4 , d ), were synthesized based on m ‐( (PNCNP) fully characterized multinuclear NMR, FTIR, X‐ray crystallography elemental analysis. The structures complexes – compared with those corresponding bis(phosphinite) (POCOP) ligand, PO) ). It was found that Ni‐C ipso Ni−S bond lengths Ni⋅⋅⋅B...
ABSTRACT A series of amphiphilic poly(N‐vinyl carbazole) (PVK) block copolymers containing tris(8‐hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq 3 ) have been synthesized via reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) radical polymerization with trithiocarbonate terminated polyethylene glycol (PEG) as a RAFT agent. The chemical structures the identified by 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer. analysis gel permeation chromatography indicates that...
