배경 및 목적 자음정확도는 자음이 위치한 음운 환경, 음절구조, 언어학적 단위 등에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 본 연구는 일음절 자음-모음-자음(CVC)의 문맥에서 한국 아동의 자음정확도와 자음 습득 연령을 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 2세 후반에서부터 5세 후반까지의 아동 251명에게 낱말검사를 실시하였으며, 일반 개정 자음정확도를 구해 연령과 성별에 유의미한 차이를 보이는지 분석하였다. 또한 50%, 75%, 90%의 아동이 자음을 바르게 산출한 기준으로 자음의 살펴보았다. ê²°ê³¼ 연령에 보였으며, 후반이 80%대 중반, 3세 전후반이 80% 후반, 4세 90%대 초반, 후반으로 점차 증가하였다. 다른 자음에 비해 초성 유음과 마찰음이 연령이 늦었다. 75%를 살펴본 연령은 종성 /ㄱ/을 제외한 파열음과 비음, /ㅎ/, /ㅈ/, /ㄹ/이 후반 이전이었고, /ㄱ/이 전반, /ㅉ, ㅊ/이 전반이었으며, /ㄹ/과 /ㅅ, ㅆ/이 전반이었다. 논의 결론 낱말 과제에서 제시하였다....

배경 및 목적: 언어치료 영역이 국가자격화가 되었음에도 불구하고 전문 인력 양성에 필요한 언어재활사(SLP)의 직무에 대해 구체적으로 연구된 바가 없으며, 1급과 2급 간의 급수별 역할 범위에 대해서도 명확하게 알려진 없다. 본 연구의 목적은 (1) SLP를 정의하고, (2) 한국 SLP 직무의 범위를 파악하기 위하여 책무, 작업 작업요소를 기술하고, (3) SLP의 역할범위를 제안하는 것이다. 방법: 언어치료학 박사학위를 소지하거나 임상 경험 5년 이상이 되는 50명의 전문가들이 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 설문지의 내용타당도를 검증한 결과, 직무와 관련된 항목들은 5첨 척도로 구성된 내용타당도 점수에서 모두 4.0 이상으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 항목을 수정하였고, 분석하였다. 또한, 최종적으로 책무와 작업은 공청회를 수정 보완하였다. 결과: 3단계 조사 분석을 직무를 정의하였고, 5개의 17개의 그리고 57개의 작업요소로 분류하였다. 또한 구분하여 제시하였다. 논의...
