Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri senyawa 5,7-dihidroksiflavanon dari ekstrak ethanol Temu Kunci (Boesenbergia pandurata) terhadap bakteri Escherichia coli ATCC 11229 dan Staphylococcus epidermidis FNCC 0048 serta konsentrasi yang memiliki optimum kedua bakteri.
