The style and stigma at the apical gynoecium are crucial for flowering plant reproduction. However, mechanisms underlying specification of remain unclear. Here, we demonstrate that Class II TEOSINTE BRANCHED 1/CYCLOIDEA/PCF (TCP) transcription factors critical in Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana). septuple tcp2 tcp3 tcp4 tcp5 tcp10 tcp13 tcp17 (tcpSEP) duodecuple tcp24 tcp1 tcp12 tcp18 tcp16 (tcpDUO) mutants produce narrower longer styles, while disruption TCPs CRABS CLAW (CRC) or NGATHAs...
Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) is the leading cause of chronic worldwide. This study investigates role serum miR-548ag in regulating lipid metabolism and its contribution to MASLD obesity. We found that levels were significantly elevated both obese patients, positively correlated with body mass index (BMI), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), LDL, HDL, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) alanine (ALT) levels. Additionally,...
ABSTRACT Aims/introduction Previous studies have found that miR‐4472 is overexpressed in the serum of individuals with obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), which may participate process obesity‐induced T2DM. However, a role for has not been demonstrated. Here, we aim to investigate whether increased content adipose tissue derived from exosomes inhibits glucose uptake skeletal muscle by downregulating expression its target gene.
