Flexible ammonia (NH 3 ) sensors were fabricated on polyethylene terephthalate substrate using poly(3, 4-ethylene-dioxythiophene): poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS)/silver nanowire (AgNW) composite film as the active layer. With AgNWs of optimized concentration being incorporated into PEDOT:PSS film, sensitivity devices was significantly improved. Even with simple digitally dispensed...

ABSTRACT Central Asian countries ranked low in Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) scores among 166 globally 2024, facing challenges achieving the 2030 Agenda. Landscape structures (LSs) are considered crucial advancing SDGs by supporting provision of ecosystem services (ESs). Although previous studies have primarily first‐level interactions between LSs and ESs, as well ESs SDGs, uncertainty remains regarding hierarchical responses LSs, SDGs. To address this gap, study integrates traditional...

Thin-film transistors (TFT) in hydrogenated amorphous silicon, metal oxide, and small molecule polymer organic semiconductors would all hold promise as potential device candidates to large area flexible electronics applications. A universal compact dc model was developed with a proper balance between the physical mathematical approaches for these thin-film (TFTs). It can capture common key parameters used performance benchmarking of different TFTs while being applicable wide range TFT...

This study introduces a novel approach for synthesizing Benzoxazine-centered Polychiral Polyheterocycles (BPCPHCs) via an innovative asymmetric carbene-alkyne metathesis-triggered cascade. Overcoming challenges associated with intricate stereochemistry and multiple chiral centers, the catalytic Carbene Alkyne Metathesis-mediated Cascade (CAMC) is employed using dirhodium catalyst/Brønsted acid co-catalysis, ensuring precise stereo control as validated by X-ray crystallography. Systematic...

In this article, we proposed an improved steady-state visual-evoked potential (SSVEP) paradigm and constructed SSVEP-based brain-computer interface (BCI) system to navigate the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in two-dimensional (2-D) physical space. We a modified method for evaluating visual fatigue including subjective score objective indices. The results indicated that SSVEP could effectively reduce while maintaining high accuracy.

This paper presents a new voltage driving scheme with current feedback for polycrystalline silicon (poly-Si) thin-film transistors (TFTs) to drive active matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) displays. The pixel circuit is relatively simple, which composed of 3 TFTs and 1 capacitor. Circuit simulation results show that the proposed can effectively suppress influence nonidealities typical poly-Si including kink effects, spatial nonuniformity electrical characteristics. method also...

A new identification algorithm for a linear discrete-time closed-loop system is proposed based on an output over-sampling scheme. Even if the ordinary identifiability conditions are not satisfied, can be identified by using over-sampled data which contain more information about structure without utilizing any external test signal. It distinctive advantage of approach compared to conventional ones.
