Regulatory T cells (T regs ) accumulate in the visceral adipose tissue (VAT) to maintain systemic metabolic homeostasis but decline during obesity. Here, we explored pathways controlling homeostasis, composition, and function of VAT under normal high-fat diet feeding conditions.
