Recent advances in garment-centric image generation from text and prompts based on diffusion models are impressive. We have investigated the quantum-confined Stark effect for a series of four InGaAs–GaAs single quantum wells using photocurrent spectroscopy. All samples reveal quadratic shifts lowest electron-to-heavy-hole transition at weak electric fields. The field dependence becomes subquadratic large applied dependent reduction exciton binding energy is measured and on order millielectron volt fields approaching 80 kV cm −1 .
A novel method for determining complex dielectric constant of material in millimeter waves by experiment is described. The now referred to as a radiating technique. can realize automatic measurement.
